Wat zijn Branch Chain Aminozuren?
Vertakte keten aminozuren zijn essentiële aminozuren die een 2:1:1 verhouding van Leucine, Isoleucine en Valine bevatten. Deze aminozuren worden beschouwd als essentieel omdat ze niet kunnen worden gesynthetiseerd door het lichaam, dus moet worden geconsumeerd uit voedingsbronnen.

Hoe te nemen?
5 gram BCAA's kan 2-4 keer per dag worden geconsumeerd. U consumeren door te mengen met water, of voor de beste resultaten 2 MP kleine scoops toe te voegen aan uw favoriete vruchtensap of pre / post workout shake.
Houd er rekening mee dat de etikettering van dit product minimaal in het Engels is verstrekt. Frans, Italiaans, Duits, Spaans, Deens, Zweeds en Fins kunnen ook per product aanwezig zijn.
Recommended dosage
Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 5g, shake and consume. Use 2-4 times daily for optimal results.
WARNING: Contains E129 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
