Now Foods Boswellia Extract is een gestandaardiseerd extract van het Boswellia kruid serrata, ookwel bekend als Wierook.
Wierrook is bij kruidengenezers al lang bekend en gewaardeerd.  

Recommended dosage

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules up to 3 times daily, preferably with a fat-containing meal. Consider taking these other NOW products: Serrazimes, Flex Mobility and UC-II.
