C-Lysine Plus is een supplement van Douglas Laboratories. Het is een supplement dat vooral heel geschikt is voor mensen die graag extra vitamine C binnenkrijgen.  Ook zit er nog Lysine in, dat bomvol antioxidanten zit. Het supplement kan dus zeker de moeite waard zijn om te gebruiken.

 

Belang van vitamine C

Vitamine C is een vitamine die van groot belang is voor ons lichaam. We hebben iedere dag voldoende vitamine C nodig. We halen dit uit voornamelijk groente en fruit. Eventueel kun je een tekort aanvullen met bijvoorbeeld een supplement. Je kunt kiezen voor C-Lysine Plus, een supplement dat behalve vitamine C ook nog eens Lysine bevat. Lysine is een goede bron aan antioxidanten en de combinatie is dan ook goed voor je. Bedenk je wel dat een supplement geen vervanging is voor een gezonde voeding.

 

C-Lysine Plus

C-Lysine Plus is ontwikkeld door Douglas Laboratories en bevat behalve vitamine C ook nog een Lysine. Het is een supplement dat is ontwikkeld met oog op de natuur en daarom zitten er geen chemische toevoegingen in. Voor veel mensen is het een belangrijk dat een supplement vrij is van chemische toevoegingen. Toch is het voor iedereen belangrijk om altijd een arts te raadplegen voor gebruik van het supplement. Dit geldt vooral voor mensen die een ziekte hebben, medicatie gebruiken en voor vrouwen die zwanger zijn of borstvoeding geven. In een potje zitten 120 tabletten. Je mag er maximaal 2 per dag innemen met een beetje water. Neem nooit meer dan staat aangegeven op de verpakking.
