Non-GMO Garcinia cambogia is a plant native to SE Asia that has been used for centuries by traditional herbalists. Garcinias primary bioactive constituent, Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), has been extensively studied for its effects. NOW Garcinia is standardized to 50% HCA and tested to guarantee 500 mg HCA per tablet.

Recommended dosage

Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily. For best results, take 30-60 minutes before meals.
