Recommended dosage

Add dry flakes to hot water (around 37 degrees Celsius). Concentration maintenance of 3-5%, (for example, 200 g - 325 g Paleo Minerals magnesium flakes in 5 liters of water). Bath at least 15 minutes in the water to allow the skin to absorb the magnesium. Suitable for footbaths and full bath. Paleo Minerals magnesium flakes contains a pure product without additives of parabens, fragrances or other substances that can trigger a hypersensitivity reaction.
