Recommended dosage

Suggested daily intake is one (1) to three (3) capsules all at once before bedtime, or one (1) capsule on an empty stomach before each meal, or as directed by a medical practitioner. For maximum absorption, to be taken with a small amount of carbohydrate, such as diluted juice. For maximum benefits, to be taken separately from proteins or amino acids.
