Enkele ideeën voor het gebruik Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil:

• Actueel/Massage: Meng een of meer druppels in een dragerolie of crème. Zeer geconcentreerde, zuivere essentiële oliën moeten worden gemengd met een drager,zoals mijn Argan olie of biologische zonnebloemolie, voor actueel gebruik. 
  
  Voor een penetrante ademhalingsmassage, combineer 2 druppels Eucalyptusolie, 1 druppel citroenolie, 1 druppel rozemarijnolie en 1 eetlepel Arganolie – meng samen en masseer in borst, nek, voorhoofd, jukbeenderen en neusgebied.
• Aromatherapie: Voeg een paar druppels aan water in een diffuser, en geniet van de geur en stemming voordelen, samen met mentale focus. Ook geweldig voor het helpen open stellen van verstopte neusholtes en sinussen.

Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil kan alleen of gemengd worden met mijn andere essentiële oliën van topkwaliteit.

Recommended dosage

Some ideas for how to use Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil:

• Topically/Massage: Mix one or more drops into a carrier oil or cream. Highly concentrated, pure essential oils must be mixed with a carrier, such as my Argan Oil or Organic Sunflower Oil, before topical use. 
  
  For a pungent respiratory rub, combine 2 drops of Eucalyptus Oil, 1 drop of Lemon oil, 1 drop of Rosemary Oil, and 1 tablespoon of Argan Oil – mix together and massage into chest, neck, forehead, cheekbones, and nose area.
• Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to water in a diffuser, and enjoy the scent and mood benefits, along with mental focus. Also great for helping to open up congested nasal passages and sinuses.

 Essential oils are highly concentrated, so it’s important to ensure they are properly diluted. Applying a high-quality undiluted essential oil directly to the skin may cause irritation.
