Payment options

On our webshop we provide the following payment options:

• Paypal. Paypal has grown to one of the most used payment methods internationally for Internet transactions. Through Paypal you also have the possibility to pay by creditcard. Attach your creditcard to your personal Paypal account and then Paypal can automatically process payments through your creditcard.
• Creditcards. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard and Maestro creditcards.
• Bank Transfer. This method gives you the possibility to pay through an IBAN bank transfer. As soon as the payment has been received, we will ship the order to you.
• Sofort Uberweisung. This is an often used payment method in German-speaking countries.
• Direct eBanking. Also an often used payment method in German-speaking countries.
• iDeal. This payment method is the most used internet payment method in the Netherlands.
• Bancontact / Mister Cash. This is an often used payment method in Belgium.
• Afterpay. With Afterpay we provide the possibility to pay after you have received the goods. Afterpay is only offered in the Netherlands and Belgium. To use Afterpay we apply a surcharge of EUR 0,99.

Al of our payment methods are offered through an independent payment provider. We use MultiSafepay. After placing your order, you will be automatically routed to the secured payment environment of MultiSafepay. There you will have the possibility to pay with your chosen payment method. After paying the order, you will be automatically routed to our webshop again.
 

Process for payment after goods receipt through Afterpay

AfterPay is executing our full payment-after-goods-receipt process. This means you will receive a digital invoice (digitale acceptgiro) from AfterPay through email to pay for the products you have ordered. For this webshop you can pay through AfterPay for an amount up to EUR 125,- if you are new in the AfterPay system and for an amount up to EUR 250,- if the AfterPay system already knows you.

AfterPay will do a data check to be able to approve your request for an AfterPay payment. AfterPay uses a strict privacy policy as can be seen in their privacy statement on their website. Should AfterPay disapprove your payment request, it is possible to choose a different payment method on our website.

We apply a surcharge of EUR 0,99 for each order for paying through the AfterPay system.
 

Bank Transfer

In case you have chosen for Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method, you will receive an email from our payment provider with detailed instructions for how to pay. In case this fails, it is also possible to directly transfer the funds to our own bank account which you can find below. Please make a reference to your Order Number.
