Wat is soja-eiwitisolaat?

Soy Protein Isolate is gemaakt van 0%NON-GGO ontvette SOJABONEN(SOJA) aanklagen van een streng proces dat een overgrote meerderheid van het vet en koolhydraten gehalte verwijdert. Het resulterende product levert meer dan 90%eiwitgehalte met minimaal vet en koolhydraten, terwijl het volledig vrij van LACTOSE(MELK). Soy Protein Isolate heeft een uitgebreid aminozuurprofiel - inclusief 6.6g Leucine per 0g.

Recommended dosage

To reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 1 1/4 large scoops (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
