Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It occurs in 2 different forms: Plants, especially green leafy vegetables, which is known as vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), can be ingested through nourishment and is partially converted into vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), on the other hand, is produced by the bacteria in our intestinal flora.

Recommended dosage

Take 1-2 x 1 capsule daily with a generous amount of liquid.
