This is an excellent all round high-potency whole-food multi-vitamin & mineral formula that also includes a number of vegetables, fruits, enzymes and amino acids. It is great for winter time as it has a high dose of D3 (5000 IU). It is a more affordable alternative to Life Extension's Mix product (also a fantastic product). (Posted on 3 February 2019)
