📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on the same business day (orders received before 14.00 CET) or the next business day (orders received after 14.00 CET) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All EU countries

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at happycustomer@topvitamins.nl.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (within Netherlands and Germany): typically 1 business day

  • Europe: 2 to 4 business days depending on how close to the Netherlands your country is

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing (f.e. certain islands in Europe), carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Parcel Shipping: shipping rates are automatically calculated based on EU country and order size in the checkout. Orders above EUR 80 or 100,- (dependent on country) have free shipping.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery. We ship all orders with parcel delivery.

❌ Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
